For the price, this is a very nice piece of furniture. The wood is of good quality and the assembly was easy. I would purchase this a second time.

This table looks good in the picture, but not worth the price. In my opinion, it should have cost half the price. The pre-drilled holes in the various pieces did not align properly with respect to one another, making the installation of the side panels very difficult. It was necessary to move the support brace on the top piece and redrill a new hole in order to get all the pieces to align for proper assembly. It should have only taken 20 minutes to assemble, but it took three times that long because of the extra work that had to be done to make it all line up. Also, the door was pre-hinged, but the hinges did not line up evenly from top to bottom. The finish on the wood is inconsistent and uneven and scratches easily, and in fact there were scratches on the pieces prior to assembly. I was planning to use it in an office in the corner beside a chair, and since that corner is fairly dark, I think I can still use it. The knobs are probably the cheapest you can get, and I will need to purchase better looking knobs, in hopes that it might improve the overall appearance. However, I would not purchase another one of these.

This table looks nice in the picture, but I would not get another one simply because of the assembly problems. Some of the screw holes did not line up under the table top piece, and my husband had to make some major adjustments. Because of that, it took longer than it should have to assemble. There were a few minor scratches that were already present, (we assembled it carefully on carpet), which I covered with a dark pen. Also the knobs were cheap looking in my opinion, so I did purchase better looking knobs at $4 each at a major hardware store. I plan to use the table in a corner in my office, so it will be useful for the intended purpose, and hopefully the imperfections will not be noticeable. I can say that the price was good, better than paying 2-3 times as much.
